We plan open sides, visitor flow, reception and product areas together. We align the custom stand approach with your brand identity and budget framework.

OUTPUT / DESIGN APPROACH

We clarify the scope and schedule.

We identify materials, graphics, furniture and technical requirements. Included services, additional items and the implementation schedule are clarified within the project scope.

OUTPUT / PROJECT SCOPE FOR APPROVAL

We prepare the approved project for implementation.

Production and installation are planned around the exhibition organiser's access and working schedule. Graphic files and required technical information are checked before implementation.

OUTPUT / IMPLEMENTATION PLAN

We complete the details on the exhibition floor.

The layout, graphic surfaces and equipment are checked against the approved scope. Post-exhibition dismantling and any other service schedules are agreed in advance.
