EXHIBITION GUIDE

A good stand quote starts with a good brief.

Gather the information you need before requesting a quote in one checklist.

A complete requirements brief helps the design get off to the right start and makes it easier to compare quotes covering the same scope.

Gather exhibition and space details

Start with the exhibition name, city, date and stand number. Include dimensioned plans showing width, length, open sides and any columns. Technical specifications and the organiser's file submission deadlines are also key parts of planning.

Explain how the stand will be used

How many products will be displayed, how many people will work there and how will meetings be arranged? List storage, screens, display cases, shelving and special power requirements separately. Product dimensions and weights can affect design decisions.

Prepare your brand files

A vector logo, corporate colours and any brand guidelines help maintain visual consistency. Confirm the resolution and format of print images before production. A small image from the internet may not be suitable for a large surface.

Clarify what is included in writing

Review design, production, graphic printing, furniture, lighting, transport, installation and dismantling separately. Ask whether organiser-provided power, internet, rigging points or other services are included in the quote.
