Project brief form
The information you enter is first turned into a project brief in your browser. When you click “Send quote request”, your name, company and contact details, exhibition information, project notes and optional stand reference images are sent to the site server to assess your request and stored in the Cloudflare D1 database. The submission time, reference number and version of the privacy notice you read are also recorded. Form submissions are not public. Uploaded images are optimised with Cloudflare Images. The optimised images are stored privately in Cloudflare R2; your request details and images are sent to info@cukurovastand.com through Cloudflare Email Service.
Data requests and technical processing
You can request correction or deletion of your submitted information at info@cukurovastand.com. Please do not include sensitive information that is unnecessary for the quote in your project notes. Technical controls limit duplicate submissions and abuse; your IP address is not added to the quote record. Unsubmitted drafts are not permanently stored by this site.
Spam protection
The request form uses Cloudflare Turnstile. When the project brief opens, the verification widget loads from Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process your IP address and technical browser information to detect bots. The result is checked on the server. Your name, email address and project notes are not sent to Turnstile for this purpose. For details, see the Cloudflare Privacy Policy for further information.
Email and WhatsApp
“Open email draft” transfers your prepared brief to your device's email application. Your message reaches Çukurova Stand only when you complete sending it there. With this option, you must attach your selected images separately in your email application. The WhatsApp link takes you to the WhatsApp service. Use of these services is also subject to the relevant provider's privacy terms.
Downloaded brief file
“Download brief” saves your project summary as a text file on your device. You control who you share the file with.
Cookies and third-party content
A functional cookie remembers your language choice for one year. Your browser language is used to select the initial website language.
This site does not include tools that place analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts and images load from the site itself. Technical access logs depend on the hosting infrastructure used.
